Walgra Meadows is a beautiful community nestled in Meadow Vista, California. Fifty five, 3-acre parcels sport homes that range in style from modern to rustic among the tall pines and sturdy oak trees. There is a modest common area that includes fenced tennis/basketball courts for member usage and is frequently used for activities. Homeowners in the community of Walgra Meadows enjoy privacy and participate in a Neighborhood Watch. The community spirit of Walgra Meadows supports an annual Christmas Party, group yard sale and chili cookout.

Non-Residents wishing to use the Walgra Meadows Pickle Ball, Tennis, or Basket Ball Courts must complete a Liability Release form. The Liability Release form is available Here. Once completed the form must be delivered to the ASSOCIATION as outlined in the Liability Release Form.
